The company has strong technical research and development capabilities and owns 3 patents and 6 software works. In 2023, the company won the third prize at the 12th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in Tangshan City, Hebei Province.
Advanced Manufacturing Processes for Metal Alloy Magnetic Materials
After years of experience accumulation, Hall Magnetics has independently developed and customized various sintering furnaces. Utilizing vacuum sintering, nitriding sintering, magnetic sintering, and other related processes, the company produces metal alloy magnetic materials with excellent impedance frequency characteristics and low loss, serving industries such as aviation, aerospace, electricity, power generation, new energy storage, and new energy vehicles. Main products include die-cast inductors and current transformers.
Ongoing Development of Nanocrystalline Magnetic Cores Technology
The company now has a total of 62 employees and is actively developing the coercive properties of nanocrystalline magnetic cores.
